Mission:  "to provide poverty community awareness through outreach and established programs to teach English as a Second Language to persons in international immigration process."

Legacy Aid is an Internal Revenue Service Code, Section 501(c)(3) recognized tax-exempt organization, and the Texas Tax Code, Section 11.18.
